Title: Fingerprinting Real Estate Agents in Texas
Description: There is a new rule requiring the fingerprinting of Real Estate Agents in Texas, however, this is not being done the the Department of Public Safety, but rather it is being carried out by a third party company for a fee. Why is Texas NOT using its own trained personnel to do this when the fingerprints have to be turned over to the DPS ANYWAY in order to be processed to the F. B. I.? Looks like another effort to make a little money from something where there should be an easier way AND this puts the fingerprints in the hands of some contractor who now has access to things that he should never even see! Your thoughts?
